Episode #17 “Attitude of Gratitude”

This episode concluded our month long focus on Gratitude. I was joined by my 8 year-old daughter, Temple.  We shared the results of our 21-Day Gratitude Challenge.  I discussed the benefits of teaching children gratitude.  Think of gratitude as an emotional muscle, you need to exercise it to strengthen it.  Listeners will learn a few exercise to get that muscle in shape.  “It is not happy people who are thankful. It is thankful people who are happy.”
